The enquiry form collects the contact and project details you choose to submit, including your name, email address, company, country, manufacturing requirements, quantities, messages and any attached files. Name, email, process, quantity and project details are required for the current form.

How the information is used

We use this information to respond to your request, clarify requirements, evaluate manufacturing options, prepare quotations and manage related project communications. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.

Manufacturing assessment and service providers

Relevant project details may need to be shared with manufacturing sources to assess feasibility and pricing. The website host and technical service providers also process information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. If confidentiality terms are required before a manufacturing source sees your drawing, request those arrangements before submitting the confidential file.

Storage and attachments

Enquiry details may be retained in the WordPress enquiry inbox and the receiving email account to support follow-up. File attachments are processed through the contact form and may be delivered by email; they are not intentionally published as website media. Records and any retained attachments should be kept only for the period needed for the enquiry, project or applicable record-keeping requirements.

The hosting service may process technical logs such as IP addresses and request details for website operation, security and troubleshooting. WordPress uses cookies for authorized administrators and logged-in users. No advertising or visitor analytics service has been intentionally added as part of this initial site build. WhatsApp enquiries

If you contact us through the WhatsApp link, we use the contact details and messages you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. WhatsApp is an external service and also processes information under its own policies. Begin with a non-confidential overview if special handling arrangements are needed.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a confidentiality question, use the contact form and identify the relevant enquiry. Some records may need to be retained to meet an ongoing project or applicable record-keeping obligation.
